I am a certified Level II instructor
What's next?

The PMBIA four-tier system offers extensive opportunities for professional development. Becoming a Level 3 instructor establishes you as a high-performance coach.

To ensure a well-rounded skill set, an instructor wishing to achieve Level III status is encouraged to complete the full Level II pathway, in both AIR and TECH. A trainee must show a high level of mastery, scoring at least “Autonomous” (4 out of 5) in all aspects of riding and coaching, as well as serving as a model and mentor to other Level II trainees.

Completing the Kids Module is the final step, equipping Level 3 instructors with all the necessary tools to excel as high-performance coaches.

The Level 4 course is a five-day intensive program designed for master coaches aiming to achieve the highest industry standard, providing advanced training in all the different situations a coach can face, requiring advanced knowledge, riding and coaching styles.
